Download the Fixer App → Create an account → Upload job details with photos/videos → Submit → Wait for Fixers to bid. - How are Fixers verified?
Every Fixer registers with CNIC, skill details, and undergoes verification checks before approval. - How do I pay for a service?
Payments are made securely through the Fixer Wallet system. A 13% service fee is charged to Fixers, not Clients. - Can I negotiate with a Fixer?
Yes. Clients and Fixers can negotiate job prices through the in-app chatbox. - What if I cancel a task?
Clients can cancel anytime. However, if a bid is already accepted, a small commute charge (PKR 200) must be paid. - What happens if the Fixer doesn’t show up?
You can report a no-show through the app. Our support team will assist and take necessary action. - Is my data safe?
Yes. Fixer App uses encryption and strict security measures to protect your data.
