Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction
    Welcome to FixerApp.pk. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our platform, which connects clients with skilled technicians (“Fixers”) for household repair and maintenance services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
  2. User Eligibility
  • Clients and Fixers must be at least 18 years old to register and use our platform.
  • Fixers must provide valid identification, including CNIC, for verification.
  1. Service Agreement
  • Clients can post repair tasks on the platform, and Fixers can bid on these tasks.
  • Once a bid is accepted, the Fixer is responsible for completing the task as agreed.
  • Clients must pay the Fixer directly in cash upon task completion.
  1. Payment & Fees
  • Clients pay Fixers in cash after service completion.
  • Fixers are required to settle a 13% platform service fee through the Jazz Cash Payment Gateway to FixerApp.
  • Any unpaid dues by the Fixer will result in service restrictions.
  1. Cancellation & Refunds
  • Clients may cancel a task before bid acceptance without any charges.
  • If a bid is accepted, a cancellation fee of PKR 200 applies as commute charges.
  • Fixers who fail to complete a task after acceptance may face penalties or suspension.
  1. User Responsibilities
  • Clients must provide accurate task details and ensure Fixers have safe working conditions.
  • Fixers must perform tasks professionally and adhere to agreed-upon service terms.
  1. Dispute Resolution
  • In case of disputes between Clients and Fixers, FixerApp.pk may mediate but is not liable for any damages or losses.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • pk is only a platform and holds no liability for the quality of service, delays, or damages caused by Fixers.
  • Users are advised to verify the credentials of Fixers before hiring.
  1. Amendments
  • FixerApp.pk.  reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
